Return and Refund Policy for Sinro Robotics

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
1. Products you deem no longer in need OR a change of mind
2. The request is outside return window
3. Products that have already been used or installed (except installation done by brand authorized personnel in case of large appliances)
4. Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers/IMEIs, accessories/components, combo or freebies received with the purchase
5. In case a product is relocated from delivery address for installation/demonstration by customer, it would not be eligible for return (in case of damage / defective etc.)
6. If brand’s policies are defined for onsite repair or replacement
7. If the product falls within warranty period (as per brand policy)
8. Personalized/engraved items, as mandated by the seller
9. The product has heating or lagging issues at acceptable levels. Heating and lagging depend upon phone’s (product’s) specification and usage. In such cases, you can visit a brand service center to get your phone checked.
10. Reasons are related to subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, color shade, texture difference etc.
11. Dents, scratches on packaging not impacting the product performance do not qualify for returns
12. Product becomes non-returnable if primary packaging is found open before installation.
13. The seller or brand has mandated a no return policy, please refer to information on the product page before making a purchase.
14. Job sheet from authorized service center or brand authorized service technician is not provided for defective product
15. DOA certificate is not provided for dead on arrival products from brand authorized service center
16. Returns not acceptable for 2 or 3 years old manufactured products, country of origin etc.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
